We’re excited to share with you the GreenComp framework, which is a cornerstone in our AI4GreenSMEs project.

GreenComp is a European sustainability competence framework developed to promote learning on environmental sustainability in the EU. It identifies key competences to help learners develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to act responsibly towards our planet and public health.

This framework comprises four interrelated competence areas:

  1. Embodying sustainability values
  2. Embracing complexity in sustainability
  3. Envisioning sustainable futures
  4. Acting for sustainability

Each area includes three competences, forming a comprehensive guide for fostering sustainability as a competence.
